HVAC Contractor Backed by 45 Years of Hands-On Experience

Air Time Mechanical, Inc. was built by Robert Elmore, a technician who has spent 45 years learning heating, air conditioning and sheet metal from the inside out. That hands-on foundation shapes the way he approaches every job today.

For the last 29 years, Robert has run the same company from Concord, CA. That continuity is the point: the person who looks at your system, quotes the job and answers your questions is the owner, year after year.

Over those years the work has centered on AC change outs and new AC installs, along with heating, sheet metal and ductwork. Because sheet metal is part of what we do, ductwork is modified, repaired or fabricated in house instead of being passed between companies.

We serve homeowners and commercial properties across Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Walnut Creek and Clayton, and we work on all major brands. Neighbors have recognized that work with Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite awards and a Yelp People Love Us award.

What sets this team apart is straightforward: attention to detail and a genuine willingness to listen. As a family owned business, we don't treat jobs as numbers. We take the time to understand what you need and give you honest answers about what your system requires.

We offer heating and air conditioning replacements, service and repair, and full HVAC installations for both residential and commercial properties. Every job starts with a free inspection, you get the price on the spot, and you can say no with nothing owed.

Air Time Mechanical, Inc. is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty and personal responsibility, and above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and make their concerns the basis of our business.
