How do I decide between repairing and replacing my HVAC system?

Consider the age of the system, how often it has needed work, and what the repair would cost. The free inspection gives you a straight answer and the price for either path.

What is an AC change out?

It means removing your existing air conditioning system and replacing it with a new one.

Can heating and cooling be replaced at the same time?

Yes. If both systems are near the end of their life, it can make sense to look at them together. We explain your options during the inspection.

Will the ductwork be checked when I replace the system?

Yes. Ducts affect how well any system performs, so we look at them as part of the inspection and handle changes in house.

Can I say no after I hear the price?

Yes. You get the price on the spot and can decline with nothing owed.

Who will handle my project?

The owner, Robert Elmore, who has 45 years of hands-on experience. You deal directly with him, not a hired worker.

Expert HVAC Replacement in Concord, CA

HVAC replacement in Concord is a decision worth making with real information. Heating and cooling systems wear out over years of hot summers and cool winters, and when repairs keep adding up, replacing the system is often the smarter move. AC change outs and new installs are what Air Time Mechanical, Inc. specializes in. We start with a free inspection of your current equipment, how it was installed and the ductwork it connects to, so the recommendation reflects your home and not a sales script. Proper sizing matters: an oversized system shuts off before it evens out the temperature, and an undersized one never catches up. The old system is removed and the new one installed and connected, with any sheet metal changes handled in house. You get the price on the spot and can say no with nothing owed. Call Air Time Mechanical, Inc. at (925) 639-5233 to schedule your free replacement inspection in Concord.
