Air Time Mechanical, Inc. (License #736604) provides heating and air conditioning services, including AC change outs, new AC installation, AC repair and service, heating repair, furnace installation, heat pump installation, sheet metal and ductwork, and maintenance, for residential properties in Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Clayton and surrounding areas of Contra Costa County, California. We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine is outside the scope of our capabilities or poses an unacceptable safety risk.
2. Free Inspection and Estimates
There is no charge for us to come out, and inspections and estimates are free. You will be given the price to complete the work before any work begins, and you may decline with nothing owed and no obligation. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and approved by you before we proceed.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe access to the equipment and work area on the scheduled service date, including access to attics, crawlspaces, utility rooms and outdoor equipment locations, and for telling us about any hazards or conditions that are not visible.
4. Website Use and Communications
The information on this website is provided for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. By submitting our quote form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under California law, our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
