What is an AC change out?

It means removing your existing air conditioning system and replacing it with a new one.

How do I know when to replace my AC instead of repairing it?

Frequent repairs, an older unit that struggles in summer, and rooms that never cool down are the usual signs. The free inspection gives you a straight answer.

Will the ductwork be checked during a replacement?

Yes. The best equipment will not perform well if the ducts are in poor shape, so we look at them too.

Do I pay for the estimate?

Nothing. There is no charge to come out, and the inspection and estimate are free with no obligation.

Who will do the work?

The owner, Robert Elmore, who has 45 years of hands-on experience. You deal directly with him, not a hired worker.
