What are the most common signs my HVAC system needs repair?

Weak or uneven airflow, warm air when cooling, cold air when heating, strange noises or smells, and a system that runs constantly or shuts off early. If you notice any of these, a free inspection is a good next step.

Do you charge to come out and diagnose the problem?

No. There is no charge to come out, and the inspection is free.

What happens if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?

You can say no with nothing owed and no obligation. You get the price before any work starts, so the decision is yours.

Is it worth repairing an older system?

Sometimes. A single repair on an otherwise healthy system usually makes sense, but repeated repairs on an aging one add up. We tell you which situation you are in.

Who will I speak with?

The owner, Robert Elmore, who has 45 years of hands-on experience. You deal directly with him, not a hired worker.
